The details

Campaign terms

  1. The “Dine & win theatre gift cards” campaign is organised by Kolhethi OÜ, restaurant Kolhethi, Kuninga 36, Pärnu, Estonia.
  2. The campaign runs from 20 October to 20 December 2026. Receipt registration closes at 23:59 Estonian time on 20 December 2026.
  3. To enter, dine at restaurant Kolhethi during the campaign period, spend at least €30 on one receipt and register it on this page. Provide your name, email, receipt number, date and total.
  4. Each qualifying receipt gives one entry. Each receipt may be registered only once. You may enter again with different qualifying receipts.
  5. Keep your receipt or a legible photo until the prize is collected. The organiser will verify the winning receipt and may exclude entries with false details or entries that do not meet these terms.
  6. One winner receives two €30 theatre gift cards with a total value of €60. They can be redeemed for tickets at the box offices of Eesti Draamateater, Ugala Teater, Endla Teater, Kuressaare Teater and Rakvere Teater. Gift cards are valid until 16 October 2027. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. The winner will be drawn randomly from all qualifying registered receipts on 23 December 2026. The organiser will contact the winner by the email provided within three working days after the draw.
  8. The winner must reply within three working days of the prize notification being sent. If the winner does not reply, declines the prize or does not meet these terms, the organiser may draw another winner.
  9. The prize must be collected in person at restaurant Kolhethi, Kuninga 36, Pärnu, at an agreed time. The winner must show the winning receipt or a legible photo.
  10. Separate, voluntary consent will be requested before photographing the winner and using the photo in Kolhethi marketing. Refusing does not affect the prize. Consent can be withdrawn by emailing restoran@kolhethi.ee.
  11. Your name, contact and receipt details are processed to fulfil these campaign terms: to verify entries, conduct the draw and contact the winner. You are not automatically added to marketing lists. Entry data will be deleted no later than 90 days after the prize is handed over, except where retention is required by law or an ongoing dispute.
  12. Send campaign questions, complaints and requests to access, correct or erase personal data to restoran@kolhethi.ee. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
